General Information
All American Citizen Services (ACS) are available at the U.S. Consulate in Adana, located at:
Girne Bulvari No:212 Guzelevler Mah.
Yuregir, Adana - TURKIYE
Hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 8:00–12:00 and 1:00-5:00. The ACS unit is open for affidavits and notarials on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 8:00-12:00 and 1:00–4:00, and applicants need to make an appointment with the Consular section before they arrive. The ACS unit is closed on all American and Turkish holidays.
